Dr. Mohammad Bqoor is the Director of Nuclear Safety, Security and Emergency at Jordan Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission with responsibility for Regulating Nuclear Project and ensure adequacy of Nuclear Safety and Security, and Emergency preparedness and response in nuclear facilities and activities.

Prior to joining Jordan Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission, Mohammad Bqoor worked in Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Radiation Protection at previous regulatory bodies, including Jordan Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Jordan Atomic Energy Commission. Notable is his 12 years as Section Head for Safeguards and Nuclear Non-Proliferation and Radiation Inspector for Jordan Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Mohammad Bqoor received Ph.D. degree in Physics from University of Jordan from 2006-2012.
